4 skinless chicken breasts

4 tablespoons of garlic

4 long sprigs of Rosemary

2 lemons

Salt and Pepper


Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.  Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.  Place chicken in a baking dish with half the rosemary sprig under the chicken and the other half of the sprig on top of the chicken. Add 1 Tablespoon of garlic to the top of each chicken breast.  Taking your two lemons, cut one lemon in rings discarding the ends and the seeds.  Take the second lemon and cut it in half.  Place two lemon rings on top of each chicken breast.  Using the lemon that was cut in half, squeeze the lemon juice evenly on each chicken breast and add a small dash of lemon zest to each chicken breast.  Cook the chicken for approx. 25 min or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees.  Pair with your favorite vegetable and enjoy!
