Think apple pie, without the crust!


5 apples, peeled, cored and chopped

2 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg

¼ tsp powdered ginger

¼ tsp allspice

1 Tbsp lemon juice

2 Tbsp coconut oil, soften

1 Tbsp coconut nectar (optional sweetener)


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Place apples in a 9X13 baking dish
  3. Toss with lemon juice, coconut oil and nectar
  4. Mix spices together then mix in with apples
  5. Stir to coat apples
  6. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until desired consistency
