Ingredients:

5 C Arugula or baby spinach
½ C Pomegranate seeds
2 Green apples, peeled, cored, diced
Balsamic Dressing

Directions:

1. Toss arugula, pomegranate seeds and apple.
2. Lightly dress with Balsamic dressing or dressing of choice.

Balsamic Dressing

Place in food processor:
4 cloves of garlic
¼ C Chopped onion
½ C Balsamic vinegar

Add
2 C Water
1 C Extra virgin olive oil
½ C Avocado oil
¼ C Apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp Italian Season
¼ tsp Xanthan gum
