Ingredients:

1 head of cauliflower, leaves removed, and roughly chopped
1-2 cloves of garlic
½ small onion chopped
1 Tbsp seasonings
1 Tbsp oil
½ C coconut milk
Sea salt and pepper

 Directions:

  1. Steam cauliflower
  2. Meanwhile sauté onion and garlic in oil with seasonings
  3. Add steam cauliflower to cusinart food processor (or blender or immersion hand-held blender) and blend until    smooth
  4. Add sautéed garlic and onion and blend again
  5. Add coconut milk until desired consistency
