At 27 years old, I was training for a marathon and was in the best shape of my life. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and prescribed medication. At 30 years old, I was diagnosed with Gall Bladder disease and referred to a surgeon. At 40 years old, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroid Disease and prescribed medication.
